Who is providing the service

Lift With Meaning is a project operated by Manuel Gezalyan. In these terms, “I,” “me,” and “Lift With Meaning” refer to Manuel Gezalyan as the person providing the service described below.

Who may apply, subscribe, or book

The community application, the Founding Five offer for The Committed Path, and Personal LIFT launch-rate pilot are currently offered only to adults eighteen and older. The Committed Path is available only to an approved Lifter with an active Lift With Meaning account. Personal LIFT Sessions are currently limited to people located in the United States when booking and attending. By applying, subscribing, purchasing, or booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these terms.

Educational scope

Lift With Meaning provides education, mentoring, guided reflection, and practical planning. It does not provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, addiction treatment, medical diagnosis or treatment, individualized nutrition care, legal advice, financial advice, or professional personal-training services.

No particular personal, professional, health, financial, or fitness outcome is promised. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, health, safety, and for seeking an appropriately licensed professional when needed.

Scorecard and guide delivery

The First LIFT scorecard is an educational reflection tool, not a clinical, psychological, medical, diagnostic, or crisis assessment. Its answers and score calculations run in your browser. You may download the displayed result guide directly without providing a name or email address, completing an anti-abuse check, or joining an email list.

If you instead ask for the guide by email, the website uses your preferred name, email address, and the displayed result category only to send the requested guide and protect the request from automated abuse. That message is transactional and does not enroll you in marketing. Delivery depends on a working email address and the availability of the website and email provider, so delivery time is not guaranteed.

General Lift With Meaning marketing is a separate, optional choice and does not require or receive your scorecard result category through the current guide-delivery path. The new generic marketing signup is not connected yet.

The private Member House scorecard works differently from the public scorecard: an active member who chooses to save a baseline submits all twenty answers and the resulting scores to the member database so the requested history and mission features can work. On Day 8, the member submits only the four repeated anchors for the mission’s focus domain plus four separate, domain-specific evidence answers. Only the repeated anchors create the comparable focus score; the evidence answers are not blended into it. A later full reassessment, if offered, is a separate feature. Member House calculations and progress displays are educational records, not professional evaluations or predictions.

Community applications

The readiness application is a conduct- and community-fit review. It is not mental health care, a psychological or medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or an intelligence test. Do not submit diagnoses, treatment history, medical records, medication information, trauma details, or additional clinical or medical details.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, paid membership, access to a member account, a particular review date, or a right to participate. Approval makes an applicant eligible for a private account invitation; it does not activate an account by itself. Access begins only after the invitation is accepted, a password is created, and the membership record is active. Applications are reviewed by a human against the concrete answers submitted and the stated conduct and participation requirements. I may approve, decline, waitlist, or request clarification based on capacity, completeness, honesty, explicit conduct described in the answers, and willingness to honor the community terms.

Decisions will not be based on any legally protected characteristic, or on economic position, grammar, education, introversion, social awkwardness, or eccentricity. Explicit threats, harassment, stalking, coercion, exploitation, fraud, doxxing, predatory solicitation, intentional privacy violations, or refusal to accept the conduct rules may result in denial or later removal.

Lift With Meaning is openly shaped by Christian faith. Applicants are not required to pretend to share a belief they do not hold; they are required to engage without contempt, coercion, or hostility toward the sincere convictions of others. Manuel sets the project’s direction and standards, but no member is required to surrender personal conscience, judgment, relationships, money, or the ability to leave.

Member share links

An active member may privately share a link to the same community application available to everyone. The link contains a random code after the “#” in the address. The application page reads and removes that fragment in the applicant’s browser and submits it only if the person chooses to submit an application. Lift With Meaning does not use this feature to track link openings, page views, or clicks, set a referral cookie, follow the person through browser storage, or add the code to advertising or analytics.

The code is held temporarily with the application. Only if the verified application is later approved while the sharing member remains active does Lift With Meaning create a lasting record of the introduction. The code is erased from the application after approval or decline. The code and attribution are kept out of admission review and cannot affect admission, access, payment, rewards, XP, Lifter identity, Beacon recognition, or advertising. The sharing member receives no applicant information or usage count through member-facing features. An authorized owner may see the minimal attribution after approval while carrying out separate administrative duties, including when that owner was the sharing member.

Share the link personally, honestly, and without pressure. Do not spam it, post it as bait, buy traffic to it, misrepresent Lift With Meaning or the application, imply that you speak for Lift With Meaning, promise admission or any other outcome, or use the link to harass, coerce, exploit, or mislead anyone. A share link does not make the member an agent, representative, employee, broker, affiliate, partner, or authorized spokesperson of Lift With Meaning, and it creates no right to compensation, credit, commission, or other value.

Member accounts and access

Member access is personal to the approved individual and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used to let an unapproved person enter the private member area. You are responsible for protecting your password, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Lift With Meaning will never ask you to send a password or one-time authentication code by email or direct message.

Supabase verifies identity, while Lift With Meaning’s own membership record determines access. A valid Supabase login does not override a pending, suspended, revoked, deleted, or otherwise inactive membership. Payment does not buy admission, moral rank, authority, Beacon recognition, or immunity from the community standards.

I may restrict a feature, suspend, or revoke access for a documented violation of the stated standards, a credible security or abuse concern, an applicant’s or member’s request to leave, or when continued access cannot responsibly be supported. A temporary restriction may be used while a credible safety, privacy, fraud, or security concern receives human review. A restriction, suspension, or revocation does not erase any refund, privacy, appeal, or other right the law provides. The Community Guidelines explain moderation and how to request reconsideration. You may request account closure by emailing trinity@liftwithmeaning.com.

Member profiles, visibility, and your content

A member profile requires a display name, bio, purpose, and contribution statement. You may also add books or other reading items and organizations you support. Keep this information accurate enough to represent you honestly, but do not submit medical records, passwords, government identifiers, another person’s confidential information, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to share.

A profile photograph is optional, although a clear photograph of your own face is strongly encouraged so other approved members may have a real face to the name. If you upload one, you must own the image or have the right and the depicted person’s permission to use it; it must honestly represent you and may not impersonate, misidentify, exploit, or harass another person. The browser center-crops the selection and exports a PNG, and the server independently validates, fully decodes, re-compresses, and rebuilds a canonical PNG without ancillary metadata before private storage. The feature does not perform face recognition, create a biometric template, identify a person, or infer health, emotion, personality, or other traits.

Your profile begins undiscoverable. If you expressly enable discoverability, every active approved member who accepted the current Community Guidelines may see your display name, bio, purpose, contribution statement, and member role. A separate choice controls whether your photograph is shown. A reading or supported-organization entry is shown only when you separately mark that item “Approved members.” Your email address, authentication identifier, scorecards, missions, check-ins, Side Quests, journals, XP, and milestones are not directory fields. Side Quests and journals remain owner-only in V1 even if a future visibility preference is stored.

The directory is not published on the open web and has no public member-profile URL. The visibility controls apply to the whole eligible active-approved-member audience, and the service does not provide a list of who viewed a profile or item. Turning a choice off stops future display through the directory but cannot recall a screenshot, copy, or disclosure already made. Before any materially different sharing feature is activated, the privacy disclosures and controls will be updated and any required consent obtained.

You keep ownership of original content you submit. You give Lift With Meaning a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate the feature you requested, honor your visibility choice, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You can remove editable profile or list content and the current profile photograph through the controls provided or make a verified privacy request. You may not copy, publish, or exploit another member’s content or identity outside the permission that member and the platform have clearly provided.

Directory, connections, and community conduct

Directory access is limited to active approved members, but approval is a community-fit decision—not a background check, government-identity or professional-license verification, endorsement, or guarantee that a person is truthful, safe, qualified, or compatible with you. Use your own judgment and do not send money, credentials, medical records, financial information, or other sensitive information merely because someone appears in the directory or has a particular member role.

Before you may view or search for other members or use connection actions, you must separately and expressly accept the current Community Guidelines through an unchecked control. Acceptance is not inferred from account creation, your application, or agreement to these terms. It does not make your profile discoverable, show your photograph, or change a private list item; each visibility choice remains separate. If the Guidelines are materially revised under a new version, other-member directory and connection access closes until you expressly accept the current version.

Your contact preference starts at “No contact.” Connection requests are allowed under the other two settings, but the recipient must accept before a connection exists. Direct member messages are available only while both people remain active approved members and their connection remains accepted. The recipient may disable new messages, block the sender, or remove the connection at any time. Those choices stop new messages without erasing the prior history. Each participant can read that history only while their own member access remains active and they have accepted the current Community Guidelines, unless it is later deleted through a verified privacy process or must be handled differently by law. Neither a request, connection, nor message exposes an email address.

A connection request is an invitation. Its recipient may accept, decline, ignore, or later remove it without owing an explanation. Acceptance is not an endorsement, friendship guarantee, romantic or sexual consent, permission for off-platform contact, or consent to sell, recruit, fundraise, or ask for money. An optional request note is shown only to the intended approved-member recipient and sender. Do not use it for medical or clinical details, crisis messages, passwords, financial information, or another person’s confidential information.

Member messages are stored text. They are not end-to-end encrypted, are not monitored in real time, and are not an emergency or crisis channel. Do not use them for medical records, passwords, authentication codes, payment-card or financial-account details, or third-party confidential information.

Lift With Meaning does not routinely scan or read member message text. The community-moderation queue exposes only a message a user deliberately reports and the immutable evidence snapshot created with that report. Authorized personnel or service providers may otherwise access stored messages only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service, comply with law, or protect the service or its users. Message text and report evidence are not used for diagnosis, psychological, personality, or risk scoring, Lifter-identity or Beacon-recognition decisions, marketing, XP, or payment decisions.

Blocking removes an accepted connection or cancels a pending request, hides the two members from each other in the directory, and prevents new requests while the block remains. The blocked person is not notified through the feature. Blocking cannot erase copies already made, control conduct outside Lift With Meaning, or guarantee that another person will never find another way to make contact. Removing or canceling a connection changes its status but retains the relationship history described in the privacy policies.

Reports go to private human review. A report alone is not proof and never automatically warns, restricts, suspends, removes, or otherwise sanctions another member; it cannot guarantee a particular outcome or emergency response. I may dismiss a report, seek clarification, warn a member, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, or revoke membership only after human review when the available information reasonably supports that response. A directly affected member may seek reconsideration through the process in the Community Guidelines. Those guidelines form part of these terms.

Respect consent, confidentiality, and boundaries. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate, coerce, exploit, defraud, pressure sexually, retaliate against a boundary or good-faith report, or use faith, status, shame, fear, or belonging to control another person. Do not screenshot, reproduce, publish, identify, or share another member’s profile, photograph, reading, supported causes, request note, or relationship information outside the permission clearly given, except for the minimum evidence reasonably needed for a good-faith safety report, legal request, or emergency response. Moderation decisions will not be based on a legally protected characteristic, economic position, grammar, education, introversion, social awkwardness, eccentricity, respectful disagreement, declining a request, setting a boundary, blocking someone, or making a good-faith report.

Primary Missions, progress, XP, and Beacon

Every active member may save a first First LIFT baseline, choose one focus domain, complete a first seven-day Primary Mission, and submit a Day-8 focus-domain follow-up and separate supplemental evidence ratings. A member with active Committed Path access may begin additional mission cycles and may save a new full reassessment after the stated 28-day interval. The dashboard may calculate repeated-anchor differences, completion percentages, participation-based XP, milestones, and longitudinal comparisons from those submissions. Supplemental evidence answers are context, not part of the comparable score.

Mission & Boundaries is a short, versioned orientation about what this community asks of its members and what no member may claim over another person. It is not a psychological evaluation, personality test, moral score, professional qualification, or promise that a member will always act well.

The first three Beacon Path milestones are recorded from completed program activity. Carried It Outward, Lifted Another, and final Beacon recognition require separate written evidence and a decision by an authorized human reviewer. Eligibility to request review does not guarantee recognition. A reviewer may recognize the submitted milestone, defer it with member-visible next steps, or decline it. The original evidence and completed decision remain in the member’s private history; a member may withdraw a still-pending request, but a later attempt must be a new submission rather than a rewritten record.

These numbers describe activity recorded inside this program. They do not prove virtue, truthfulness, intelligence, fitness, health, safety, spiritual standing, or readiness to advise another person. A higher self-rating is not automatically treated as improvement, and money, purchases, referrals, physique, or disclosure of private information do not buy Beacon recognition. Beacon is a separate standard of demonstrated conduct and service, not a medical, psychological, academic, professional, or religious credential.

Beacon recognition does not give a member authority over another person’s conscience, choices, relationships, faith, health, or money, and it does not turn that member’s guidance into licensed professional advice. Lift With Meaning may revise the review standard prospectively as the program develops, but will not quietly rewrite a member’s submitted evidence or past decision.

You remain responsible for choosing activity appropriate to your circumstances, stopping when something appears unsafe, and seeking a qualified professional when needed. The platform does not monitor a member in real time and cannot provide emergency or crisis intervention.

Side Quests, journals, and printed copies

Side Quests and journals are private educational reflection and self-documentation tools. They are not psychotherapy, medical or psychological records, a clinical assessment, a crisis channel, professional advice, or a promise that a recorded action will produce a particular result. Lift With Meaning does not use this writing to diagnose you, infer a psychological or personality trait, determine risk, admit or rank you, or award payment, XP, milestones, or Beacon recognition.

Do not use these tools to submit medical or clinical records, emergency or crisis communications, passwords, government identifiers, financial account information, or another person’s confidential information. The platform is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, use the emergency and crisis resources described below.

Private is the default visibility. Choosing “approved members” only saves a preference for a possible future feature; no other member can read the record in V1. Completing or releasing a Side Quest changes its status. Releasing it is not deletion. When you delete an individual Side Quest, its structured entries, a quest entry, or a journal entry through the provided confirmation flow, the current record is removed from the active member database, subject to limited provider backup and legally permitted retention described in the privacy policies.

“Print or save as PDF” uses your browser or device’s print system. It does not make or retain a separate PDF on Lift With Meaning’s server. Any paper copy or file you print, save, sync, share, or back up is outside Lift With Meaning’s control, and you are responsible for choosing a safe destination and protecting it.

The Committed Path, including the Founding Five offer

The Committed Path is an optional paid-access subscription available only to an approved member with an active community account. Every approved member is a Lifter. Beacon is additional human-reviewed recognition for demonstrated conduct and service; a Lifter may join The Committed Path whether or not they have that recognition. Payment, renewal, cancellation, payment failure, or a refund does not earn, remove, or alter Beacon recognition. Paying gives access to more tools. It does not make anyone better, make anyone a Beacon, purchase admission, grant leadership authority or moderation preference, provide coaching, or create immunity from the community standards.

The founding offer is limited to five eligible members who successfully complete payment. The checkout system temporarily reserves the lowest available number while a person completes Stripe checkout; that number becomes permanent only after successful payment and therefore may not reflect the exact chronological order in which payments finish. It is personal, nontransferable, has no cash value, and is not a rank, credential, or claim of greater worth. A claimed number remains part of the historical Founding Five and is not reopened when its subscription ends.

The Founding Five offer for The Committed Path costs $5.00 USD per month for the first five approved members who successfully subscribe. Standard membership afterward is $15.00 USD per month. Applicable tax is shown before payment. The first charge occurs when you subscribe, and the subscription renews automatically every month at the amount you confirmed until canceled. There is no free trial and no minimum term. The $5.00 founding rate stays attached to the original subscription until it ends; it does not increase merely because the fifth place is filled. Founding-only benefits include the numbered badge and quarterly Founding Five Table. Standard membership includes recurring missions, reassessments, and progress history, but not founding-only benefits. Paid access includes a payment-recovery window of up to seven days after the first unresolved invoice problem, then pauses until Stripe confirms recovery. A historical founding number remains after cancellation; returning to paid membership does not restore the founding rate or benefits automatically. Historical subscription agreements remain governed by their recorded price and consent.

Before Stripe checkout opens, the Member House shows the price, frequency, cancellation rule, paid-access boundary, and links to the applicable policies beside separate unchecked controls for recurring-payment consent and policy acceptance. Lift With Meaning records the exact version, price, and consent presented and sends a retainable confirmation to the account email after successful payment.

While paid access is active, each member of the Founding Five is invited to a private group conversation with Manuel once per calendar quarter. The Founding Five Table is a chance to discuss what is helping, what is failing, and what the platform should build next. It is advisory, not a governing body, private coaching program, or employment relationship. Attendance and payment do not count as or guarantee Beacon recognition; that recognition must still be lived out through demonstrated conduct and service and confirmed through human review. Dates may change with reasonable notice, attendance is optional, and a missed conversation has no cash value, substitute session, or separate refund.

You may cancel online at any time through the Manage billing control in Member House. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Committed Path access then ends automatically, while an otherwise active community account and all previously saved records remain. Payments already made are not prorated or refunded merely because you cancel during a paid month, except where required by law.

If community access is suspended, future renewal will be stopped at the end of the paid period. Restoring community access does not restart automatic renewal without a separate affirmative action by the member. Revocation or verified account closure stops future renewal promptly. Payment cannot prevent a conduct or safety decision. Refunds following a platform-caused removal, billing error, or other exceptional circumstance are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Availability and changes

I will make reasonable efforts to operate the website and Member House carefully, but uninterrupted access, permanent availability of an experimental feature, or preservation of every presentation detail is not guaranteed. I may repair, replace, limit, or retire a feature for security, legal, capacity, or product reasons. Material changes affecting stored information or paid value will be disclosed as required, and these terms do not remove refund, privacy, or other rights the law provides.

Personal LIFT payment and booking

During the launch-rate pilot, the regular weekday price is a $49 USD one-time payment for a fifty-minute appointment held Monday through Friday between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. A Saturday appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. is $98 USD. An approved weekday extended-hours appointment is $98 USD, and an approved Saturday extended-hours appointment is $147 USD. Sunday appointments are not offered. These launch rates apply to the first ten paid bookings in total across all appointment types. A Personal LIFT Session has no recurring charge; the separate Committed Path subscription does renew monthly until canceled.

Extended-hours appointments are offered only when I approve a requested time. Their higher price reflects opening time normally reserved for family, rest, or other responsibilities; it does not provide a different service, emergency access, crisis care, or a guaranteed immediate response.

Payment is required before an appointment is confirmed, and the applicable price is shown before purchase. No booking or payment-processing fee is added at checkout. Stripe processes the payment and any approved refund; Google Calendar handles the booking and scheduling. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Never email card information.

What the session includes

Your purchase includes my review of the scorecard result category and short intake you choose to submit, one scheduled fifty-minute video session, one one-page seven-day plan sent within twenty-four hours after the session, and one brief email or voice-note follow-up after seven days.

It does not include unlimited messaging, continuing support, emergency availability, an immediate or same-day response, or any licensed professional service.

Rescheduling and cancellation

The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms and provides the same rules in one dedicated place.

You may cancel or reschedule through the booking-confirmation link or by emailing trinity@liftwithmeaning.com. If you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start time, you may choose one reschedule or a full refund. Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the session and missed appointments are nonrefundable, although I may offer one courtesy reschedule when circumstances reasonably justify it.

If an approved reschedule moves your appointment to a lower-priced time, I will refund the difference. If it moves to a higher-priced time, the difference must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed.

If I cancel, or if I stop the session solely because the issue falls outside this service’s scope, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund. If a session ends because of harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, or intoxication that prevents meaningful participation, no refund is owed except where the law requires otherwise.

I initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear.

The Personal LIFT usefulness promise

After completing the scheduled fifty-minute session, if you sincerely cannot identify one useful next step, email the Lift With Meaning Team at trinity@liftwithmeaning.com within seven calendar days. I will initiate a full refund of the price you paid for that session within five business days without requiring you to argue your case. This promise is not conditioned on giving feedback or a positive review and does not limit any rights the law gives you.

Privacy and recording

The Privacy Policy explains the site’s general information practices. The separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how information that may reveal something about physical or mental well-being is collected, used, and handled.

A requested guide, community-application verification message, purchase message, and appointment communication are transactional. None of those requests automatically enrolls you in the separate general marketing list.

The session is one-to-one, but it is not psychotherapy and our communications are not protected by therapist-client privilege. I do not record sessions, and neither of us may record without the other’s prior written consent. I use reasonable care with what you share, but email and video services carry ordinary security risks.

I will not publish session content or private feedback, or use it as a testimonial, unless you give separate, express written permission. A refund, discount, gift, or other benefit will never depend on giving a positive review. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it or where reasonably necessary to respond to an imminent threat of serious harm.

Respect and safety

Either of us may end a session involving harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, intoxication that prevents meaningful participation, or a situation that cannot be handled safely within this service.

This is not immediate, emergency, or crisis support. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional distress or a suicidal crisis in the United States, call or text 988. Outside the United States, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis service.

Materials and intellectual property

Unless a product says otherwise, materials provided by Lift With Meaning are for the purchaser’s personal use. You may use them in your own life, but you may not resell, republish, distribute, or present them as your own work without written permission.
