How I handle information about your well-being.
This separate policy explains the consumer health data Lift With Meaning may collect, where it comes from, why it is used, who receives it, and how you can exercise your rights.
Effective September 3, 2026 · Version 2026-09-03-referral-v1Categories I collect and why
Public scorecard and requested-guide information. When you ask for a result-specific First LIFT guide by email, I receive your preferred name, email address, and the one result category needed to select the requested guide—Meaning, Awareness, Practice, Recovery, or Transfer. I use that information only to send the guide you requested and protect the delivery request from automated abuse. The request is transactional and does not enroll you in marketing. The public scorecard’s individual answers, scores, and calculations remain in your browser and are not submitted. You may instead download the guide directly without providing a name or email address; the website host may still process ordinary technical request data, including the result-revealing guide URL, when it serves the file.
Community application information. I receive your identity and contact information and your application answers about purpose, contribution, faith-shaped participation, accountability, disagreement, confidentiality, boundaries, immediate danger, autonomy, and leaving. These answers may reveal or support an inference about behavioral or psychological patterns. I use them only for secure email verification, private human admission review against the stated conduct and participation requirements, clarification, recording a decision, and application or community administration. I do not use the answers to diagnose applicants or assign personality traits.
Member-share code and attribution. If you open an application through an active member’s private share link, its random code appears after the “#” in the address. The application page reads and removes that fragment in your browser and submits it only if you choose to submit the application. The feature does not record the link opening, page view, or click; set a referral cookie; use local browser storage to follow you; or add the code to advertising or analytics. The code is held temporarily with the application. Only after a verified application is approved while the sharing member remains active does Lift With Meaning create a lasting record connecting the sharing member and newly approved member to that application. The code is erased from the application after approval or decline; while review remains open, it follows the application’s retention rules. Because applying to this community may reveal or support an inference about interests or well-being, the code and attribution may qualify as consumer health data. They are used only to preserve that private introduction. They are excluded from admission review and have no effect on admission, access, rewards, payment, XP, Lifter identity, Beacon recognition, or advertising.
Approved-member identity, profile, and directory choices. If you accept a member invitation, Supabase processes your email address, secured password credential, authentication user identifier, session, and ordinary security information. Lift With Meaning stores the authentication identifier beside the approved membership record so it can confirm that the signed-in person is still allowed to enter. The local member database also stores the display name, bio, purpose, contribution statement, Lifter identity and any Beacon-recognition label, any active Committed Path and Founding Five labels and founding number, reading-list entries, supported-organization entries, and visibility choices you submit. It stores whether your profile is discoverable, whether your photograph is visible, a contact preference, ordinary version and timing information, and any Community Guidelines acceptance version and time. Discoverability and photograph visibility start off, and the contact preference starts at “No contact.” Free-text profile, reading, or support-reason fields may reveal something about health or well-being if you choose to put it there; please do not use them to submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment history, medication information, or trauma details.
Optional profile photograph. A member may choose to add a profile photograph, and a clear photograph of the member’s face is strongly encouraged but not required. The browser applies the selected image’s orientation, center-crops it, and exports a square PNG. The server independently accepts only a bounded PNG, validates its structure, fully decodes and re-compresses it, and rebuilds a canonical PNG without ancillary metadata. The sanitized file is stored as a private Sites R2 object with no public or presigned URL. Retrieval requires branded origin, a password-authenticated session, active approved membership, directory eligibility, and the member’s separate photograph-visibility choice. Lift With Meaning does not use the image for face recognition, biometric templates, identification, or health, emotion, personality, or other trait inference.
Connections, member messages, blocks, and reports. If you use connections, Lift With Meaning stores the members involved, who sent the request, an optional request note of up to 500 characters, pending/accepted/declined/canceled status, and ordinary version and timing information. If two active approved members with an accepted connection choose to message, it stores each message’s participants, text, sender, connection, client-request identifier, and timing information. A request note, message, block, or report may reveal something about health, behavior, or well-being if you choose to include it or if the circumstances support that inference. Blocks store the members needed to enforce the boundary. Reports store the reporter, reported member, any related connection or message, a category, submitted details, an immutable snapshot of reported-message evidence, review status, and private human-review information. I use these records only to provide the requested relationship and safety controls, preserve their history, investigate user reports, moderate the community, prevent abuse, and protect people or the service. Messages and report evidence are not used for diagnosis, clinical, psychological, personality, or risk scoring, Lifter-identity or Beacon-recognition decisions, marketing, XP, payment decisions, or automatic sanctions.
Private member assessment, mission, orientation, and Beacon-review information. If you choose to use the Member House First LIFT tools, Lift With Meaning stores all twenty baseline answers, five baseline domain scores, total score, lowest-domain result, instrument version, completion time, selected focus domain, seven-day mission timing and status, and daily completion status and effort rating. On Day 8, it stores only the four repeated anchors for the mission’s focus domain and four separate, domain-specific evidence answers. The repeated anchors create the comparable before-and-after focus score; the supplemental evidence answers provide context and are not blended into that score. The database also stores participation-based XP events and milestones. If you complete Mission & Boundaries or ask for a human review, it also stores the orientation version, answers and acknowledgments, the three written evidence reflections you submit, review status and timing, member-visible next steps, a private administrator evidence note, and an audited Beacon decision. These records may reveal or support an inference about fitness habits, self-perception, stress, recovery, behavior, relationships, or well-being. They are used to provide the private history, mission, progress comparison, Beacon Path, and human review the member requested. They are educational program records, not medical or psychological diagnoses.
Private Side Quest and journal information. If you use these tools, Lift With Meaning stores the Side Quest titles, reasons or alignment, Mind/Body/Soul/Integrated domains, active/completed/released statuses, optional dates, visibility choices, versions and timestamps you submit, along with structured progress, obstacle, lesson, service, or other entries, written bodies, optional next steps, and occurred times. Journals store the reflection, training, idea, or general type; title; written body; occurred time; visibility choice; version; and timestamps you submit. This free text may reveal or support an inference about habits, fitness, stress, behavior, beliefs, or well-being. It is used only to provide the private reflection, documentation, organization, editing, printing, export, and deletion features you request. It is not used for a psychological or medical assessment, diagnosis, risk score, admission decision, rank, reward, payment, XP, milestone, or Beacon decision.
Please do not put medical or clinical records, crisis communications, or another person’s confidential information in a Side Quest or journal. The platform is not monitored for emergencies and does not interpret the writing to provide clinical care.
Committed Path billing and participation information. If you choose paid access, Lift With Meaning stores limited subscription, invoice, founding-place, recurring-consent, payment-status, billing-issue timing, notice, and resolution records needed to bill you, provide or pause paid access, prevent duplicate notices, handle disputes, and keep required accounting records. Participation in a fitness- and self-mastery-related program may itself support an inference about interests or well-being. These billing records are not used to diagnose you, target advertising, change your Lifter identity, or award Beacon recognition.
Personal LIFT Session information. If you request or purchase a session, I may receive your scorecard result category, the situation or question you want to discuss, scheduling information, preparation or working notes, your seven-day plan, follow-up communication, and feedback you choose to share. Some of that information may reveal something about your physical or mental well-being. I use it to schedule, prepare for, deliver, and follow up on the service you requested.
Messages you choose to send. A member message, email reply, or other direct message may contain consumer health data if you choose to include it. Member messages are stored text; they are not end-to-end encrypted, are not monitored in real time, and are not an emergency or crisis channel. Do not use them for medical records, passwords, authentication codes, payment-card or financial-account details, or third-party confidential information. I use direct communications only to provide the exchange or service you requested, respond, administer your relationship with Lift With Meaning, or review a message you deliberately reported.
Sources of this information
I collect consumer health data directly from you through a result-specific guide request, community application and any member-share code submitted with it, private member profile, directory or visibility choice, connection request or note, member message, block, report, saved member scorecard, mission or check-in, Side Quest, journal, booking or intake process, session, email, feedback, or other direct communication. For a public guide request, the result category comes from the result displayed in your browser and is submitted only when you choose email delivery. When a verified application submitted through a valid member-share link is approved, the service creates the limited attribution described above. When a user reports a message, the service creates an immutable evidence snapshot from that message. Human reviewers may create limited report-status and moderation information while evaluating the submitted report and its evidence.
The member site calculates baseline domain scores, total and lowest-domain results; the Day-8 change across the four repeated focus-domain anchors; mission completion percentage; XP; and automatic milestones from the answers and activity you submit. The four supplemental evidence answers remain separate from the comparable focus score. These deterministic calculations are another source of consumer health data because they may support an inference about your habits or well-being. Carried It Outward, Lifted Another, and final Beacon recognition are not automated: an authorized human reviews the member-submitted evidence and documents the decision. I may also receive scheduling, delivery, payment, or transaction information from the service providers that help complete a request you made. I do not use this information to build advertising profiles, make medical diagnoses, or automate admission or Beacon decisions.
When I collect or use it
I collect and use consumer health data only when it is necessary to provide a product or service you requested, or for a specific purpose to which you gave affirmative consent. I will not collect or use an additional category, or use existing data for an additional purpose, without first disclosing that change and obtaining affirmative consent when the law requires it.
A member-share code is collected only when the applicant submits the application after receiving the on-page disclosure. It is not shown to the admission reviewer. The durable attribution is created only after approval. The sharing member receives no applicant information or usage count through member-facing features. An authorized owner may see the minimal attribution after approval while carrying out separate administrative duties, including when that owner was the sharing member.
Your member profile starts undiscoverable. Before other-member directory viewing or connection actions are available, you must separately and expressly accept the current Community Guidelines. That unchecked choice is not inferred or bundled with any visibility choice. Accepting the Guidelines does not share profile information. If a future version replaces the one accepted, directory and connection access closes until the new version is expressly accepted.
If you affirmatively turn on “Discoverable profile,” your display name, bio, purpose, contribution statement, Lifter identity, any Beacon recognition, and—while active—your Committed Path and Founding Five labels and founding number may be shared with every active approved member who has accepted the current Guidelines. Those role labels may also appear to members already connected with you. A separate affirmative choice controls whether those members can retrieve your profile photograph. Each reading or supported-organization entry is shared only when you separately mark that item “Approved members.” These choices do not expose your email address, authentication identifier, scorecards, missions, check-ins, Side Quests, journals, XP, milestones, orientation answers, Beacon evidence, review status, or review notes, and they never publish a public profile. Lift With Meaning does not provide a per-viewer access log, so treat an enabled field as visible to the whole eligible active-approved-member audience. Turning a choice off stops future directory sharing but cannot recall a screenshot, copy, or disclosure already made.
The contact preference starts at “No contact.” Members may send a connection request under the other two settings, but the recipient must affirmatively accept before a connection exists. New member messages are available only while both people remain active approved members and their connection remains accepted. The recipient may disable new messages, block the sender, or remove the connection at any time. Those choices stop new messages without erasing the prior history. Each participant can read that history only while their own member access remains active and they have accepted the current Community Guidelines, unless it is later deleted through a verified privacy process or must be handled differently by law. Sending an optional request note or member message is a separate affirmative choice to disclose that text to its intended recipient.
Lift With Meaning does not routinely scan or read member message text. The community-moderation queue exposes only a message a user deliberately reports and the report’s immutable evidence snapshot. Authorized personnel or service providers may otherwise access stored messages only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service, comply with law, or protect the service or its users. Reporting never automatically warns, restricts, suspends, removes, or otherwise sanctions a member. Side Quests, their structured entries, journals, scorecards, missions, check-ins, XP, milestones, orientation answers, and Beacon evidence and review records remain owner-only in V1 even if a future visibility preference is stored. Only the resulting Lifter identity or Beacon recognition may appear where the member separately chose to make their member role visible. A future public sharing feature, image analysis, connected fitness source, employer or organization reporting, or materially different use will not be activated for existing consumer health data without an updated disclosure and any consent required by law.
Using “Print or save as PDF” invokes the browser or device print system; it does not create or store a separate server-side PDF with Lift With Meaning. A printed, saved, synced, shared, or backed-up copy is controlled by the member and the device or service the member chooses, not by Lift With Meaning.
Categories shared and who receives them
Active approved members. Profile information that may qualify as consumer health data is shared only with the active approved-member audience and only through the separate, affirmative visibility choices described above. The categories are the enabled core profile fields, a separately enabled profile photograph, and individual reading or supported-organization entries separately marked “Approved members.” An optional connection-request note and each member message are shared only with their intended approved-member recipient when the sender chooses to send them. The directory and connection feature do not expose email addresses, authentication identifiers, or private program records. Lift With Meaning has no affiliates that receive consumer health data, and I do not sell consumer health data.
Reports and internal review. For community-moderation review, only a user-reported message and its immutable evidence snapshot enter the report queue; there is no routine message scanning. Authorized personnel and service providers may otherwise access stored messages only for the limited operational, security, troubleshooting, legal, or protective reasons described above. A report and its review information are available only to authorized people and service providers who reasonably need them to investigate, moderate, secure, or protect the community, or comply with law. A report is not automatically shown to its subject, never automatically sanctions anyone, and may be withheld in part to protect another person’s privacy or safety, subject to applicable law.
Service providers acting on my behalf. The following providers process limited information as needed to perform the service you requested:
Resend and the email service you choose. Resend sends result guides, community-application verification messages, and required Committed Path billing notices such as confirmation, annual renewal reminders, and payment-attention messages. For a guide request, it receives your preferred name, email address, and a first-party Lift With Meaning guide link whose path reveals the requested result category. It does not receive your scorecard answers or score. For application verification, it receives the applicant’s preferred name, email address, and a one-time verification link, not the written application answers. For a billing notice, it receives the member’s preferred name, email address, founding number, and relevant renewal or payment-status context, but not the complete payment-card number. The result-guide path is enabled only when Lift With Meaning has acknowledged that open and click tracking are disabled for the relevant Resend sending domain. Resend may still process ordinary delivery, security, and provider-log information under its own privacy practices. The email service you use to receive the message may also process or scan it under that provider’s own practices.
Kit. Kit is reserved for a separate, optional general Lift With Meaning marketing list. The current guide-delivery path does not send Kit your scorecard result category, answers, or score. The new generic marketing signup is not connected yet. Kit may continue to hold records for people who previously joined the email list, including legacy signup-source or form information from which a previously submitted result category may be inferred and marketing-email delivery or engagement information created under Kit’s settings. Those legacy records are not used for the current result-guide delivery path and remain subject to the access, withdrawal, and deletion process below.
Website infrastructure and security providers. The website host transmits a guide request to the delivery service and may process ordinary technical request data, including the result-revealing guide URL, when the result PDF is opened or directly downloaded. Lift With Meaning does not store the guide request’s preferred name, email address, result category, message, or delivery record in its own application database. To deter automated abuse, the site stores only non-reversible rate-limit markers derived from the requesting IP address and email address, along with the request window, attempt count, and any temporary block time—not the raw IP address, raw email address, scorecard answers, score, or result category in that rate-limit record. Website hosting and D1 database infrastructure process submitted community applications and any temporary member-share code submitted with them; member share codes generated at approval for new members or once at feature launch for existing members, and usable only while the related membership is active; approval-only member-share attributions; and local member records, including profiles and lists, directory settings, connection requests and notes, messages between accepted active connections, blocks, reports, immutable reported-message evidence and moderation metadata, Side Quests and their entries, journals, scorecards, missions, XP, milestones, Mission & Boundaries completions, Beacon evidence and review decisions, audited Lifter or Beacon decision records, Committed Path billing status, founding-place and recurring-consent records, limited billing-notice state, and Stripe-event audit records, as needed to host the site, authenticate and authorize requests, operate the chosen features, investigate user reports, and store member records. Sites R2 object storage processes sanitized private profile-photo objects and their limited metadata. Side Quest, journal, and member-message text is stored in the member database, not the profile-photo object store. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser-environment and interaction signals to protect guide requests and application submissions from automated abuse; it does not receive the written application answers or scorecard answers through the Turnstile widget.
Scheduling and payment providers. Google may process booking, intake, email, calendar, and online-meeting information used to arrange and deliver a session. Stripe hosts The Committed Path checkout and billing management and processes the selected service, payment method, billing address, applicable tax data, subscription, invoice, cancellation, refund, payment-security, and fraud-prevention information. Lift With Meaning receives limited identifiers and status data needed to administer access, consent, notices, disputes, and accounting, but not your complete payment-card number.
Member identity provider. Supabase provides approved-member invitations, email-and-password authentication, recovery, session management, and account-security records. It receives the approved member’s email address, authentication user identifier, secured password credential, and ordinary technical information required for those functions. Lift With Meaning does not send Supabase the applicant’s written answers, member profile or list content, profile-photo bytes or metadata, scorecard answers or scores, missions, check-ins, evidence answers, Side Quests, journals, XP, milestones, or Personal LIFT notes merely because the person creates an account. If a verified privacy or deletion request concerns an account, the operational request record includes Supabase so the identity record is handled along with the local membership record.
Third-party collection across other services
Lift With Meaning does not knowingly permit a third party to collect consumer health data from the member site over time and across unrelated websites or online services for targeted advertising. The service providers named above may process ordinary technical, security, delivery, or account information under their own policies as needed to perform their contracted functions.
How long I keep it
Lift With Meaning does not retain the preferred name, email address, result category, message, Resend response identifier, or delivery log from a result-guide request in its own application database. Resend may retain transactional delivery or security records under its own policy. The site’s non-reversible rate-limit markers become eligible for deletion more than seven days after their temporary block has ended and are removed when the current manual retention cleanup is run; there is not yet an automatic deletion schedule.
A submitted member-share code is held while an application remains open, including during clarification or a capacity waitlist, and is erased from that application after approval or decline. It is also erased if the sharing member’s record is deleted. A member’s own random code is generated when approval creates a new member record, or generated once at feature launch for an existing member record. It becomes usable only while membership is active and remains attached to that member record while it exists; suspension or revocation makes it unusable. Deleting the member record removes its code and clears any still-pending application copies from the active database. An approval-only attribution is linked to both member records and the source application. Deleting either member record or that application removes the attribution from the active database. Limited provider backups or legally permitted security records may remain only for the periods described in this policy and the general Privacy Policy.
Member profile and list records, directory settings, connection records and request notes, messages between accepted active connections, blocks, reports and immutable reported-message evidence, review metadata, a current private profile-photo object and its metadata, saved scorecard answers and results, missions, check-ins, evidence answers, progress calculations, Side Quests and their structured entries, journals, XP, milestones, orientation completions, Beacon evidence, decisions, and audited Lifter or Beacon decision records are kept while the member account is active so the requested features, relationship history, safety controls, and human review can work. A deferred, declined, recognized, or withdrawn Beacon request remains in the member’s private history rather than rewriting the original evidence. Declining, canceling, or removing a connection changes it to a terminal state but retains the participants, original request note, messages, status, and timestamps in the active database and owner export while either account remains. Blocking cancels a pending or accepted connection without erasing that history; unblocking does not restore it.
Deleting an individual Side Quest, quest entry, or journal entry hard-deletes it from the active member database; deleting a Side Quest also deletes its structured entries. Releasing a Side Quest changes its status and does not delete it. Replacing a photo switches the profile to the new validated private object and ordinarily deletes the superseded object immediately; if that cleanup alone fails, the old object is unreachable through the application and remains covered by the account-deletion purge. Explicit removal deletes the current private object before clearing its database reference. During verified account deletion, all objects under the member’s private storage prefix are deleted before the Supabase authentication account and local member records, including directory settings, connections, member messages, blocks, reports, reported-message evidence, Side Quests, and journals. Report and moderation records are not kept in a separate legal-hold system today. A storage failure stops that sequence for retry. Limited security, abuse-prevention, transaction, dispute, legal, or request-audit records outside those active member tables may be retained where allowed and reasonably necessary.
Application, session, and transaction retention periods are described in the general Privacy Policy. I do not keep covered information merely because storage is available, and a verified deletion request may require earlier deletion unless an applicable legal exception permits retention. Backup deletion timing is described under the request process below.
Your consumer health data rights
You may ask whether I am collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data about you and request access to that data, including a list of any third parties or affiliates with whom it was shared or sold and, where required, a way to contact them. You may withdraw consent from future collection or sharing, ask me to stop covered collection or sharing, review and request correction of covered data, and request deletion of consumer health data about you.
I will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How I safeguard it
I limit collection to information reasonably needed for the purpose described, restrict administrative access, use encrypted connections for transmission, separate member authentication from local membership authorization, and limit the directory to active approved members and expressly enabled fields. Mutual blocks hide both members and prevent directory or connection access between the pair. Side Quests, journals, scorecards, missions, check-ins, XP, milestones, orientation answers, and Beacon evidence and review records remain owner-only. I use service providers that maintain their own technical and organizational safeguards. The guide email uses a first-party link without Lift With Meaning tracking parameters, and its delivery path fails closed unless the site is configured to acknowledge that open and click tracking are disabled for the relevant Resend sending domain. No online system, approval process, or moderation system can promise absolute security or prevent an approved member from copying information they can see. If I learn of unauthorized access, acquisition, or disclosure, I will investigate and provide notices when applicable law requires it.
Member messages are limited to accepted active connections, but they are stored text and are not end-to-end encrypted. They are not monitored in real time or routinely scanned or read, and they must not be relied on for emergencies. The community-moderation queue exposes only user-reported messages and their immutable report snapshots; the limited operational, security, legal, and protective access described above still applies.
How to make a request
A signed-in active member can use “Download my data” in the Member House profile to download an authenticated JSON snapshot of the Member House records tied to that account. Export version 6 includes member identity and membership metadata; the member’s own share link and the time its code was created; profile and list records; directory settings and any Community Guidelines acceptance version and time; every connection involving that member and its retained history; messages the requesting member sent or received; blocks that member created; reports that member submitted; reported-message evidence only for reports that requesting member submitted; saved assessments; missions and check-ins; Side Quests and their structured entries; journals; XP events; milestones; Mission & Boundaries answers and completion; the member’s Beacon evidence, review status, and member-visible next steps; the current local Committed Path billing summary; and locally retained recurring-consent records returned by the member service. It includes profile-photo metadata but not the private image file itself. To protect applicants, other members, and review integrity, it never reveals who opened or used the member’s link, an applicant’s identity, answers or status, member-share attribution records or counts, reports submitted against the requesting member, reported-message evidence from another person’s report, private moderator data, private administrator Beacon or moderation notes, who blocked the member, complete payment-card data, or private Stripe security data. It does not claim to include every separate application, booking, Stripe, marketing, email-provider, authentication-provider, security, or request-audit record. A verified access request may cover additional records, subject to other people’s privacy and safety rights.
For confirmation or access beyond that snapshot, another copy, correction, withdrawal or cessation, account closure, or deletion, email trinity@liftwithmeaning.com with the subject “Consumer Health Data Request” and say what you want. Those requests remain a verified manual process; correction, withdrawal, account closure, and deletion are not performed by the download control or an instant button. You do not need to create a new account to make a request. If you already have an account, I may ask you to use it as part of authentication.
To protect your information, I may ask you to reply from the email address connected to your request or provide only the additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Requests are free at least twice per year; a manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive request may be handled as applicable law permits. For Washington requests, I will respond without undue delay and within forty-five days after receipt. For Nevada requests, I will respond without undue delay and within forty-five days after authentication. If reasonably necessary, either period may be extended once by another forty-five days, and I will provide the required notice and reason during the first period.
For a verified deletion request, I will delete covered data from active records and notify the processors, contractors, or other recipients required to honor the request. When a member identity is linked, the Supabase authentication account is handled before the local member record is removed so an external account is not accidentally left active. For an authenticated Nevada deletion request, active-record deletion and required recipient notice will be completed within thirty days unless an exception applies; deletion from archived or backup systems may take up to two years where Nevada law permits. For a Washington request, backup deletion may be delayed for no more than six months where Washington law permits.
Corrections and material policy changes
A signed-in member can update profile and list fields; change or withdraw directory, photograph, list-item, and contact choices; disable new messages; and edit or delete the Side Quest and journal records exposed by the current controls. Turning off sharing stops future directory display but cannot recall a screenshot, saved copy, or disclosure already made. A connection can be declined, canceled, removed, or blocked, but its terminal status and prior message history remain stored as described above. A participant can read that history only while their own member access remains active and they have accepted the current Community Guidelines, subject to verified deletion and law. Historical scorecard and mission entries are not silently rewritten because they form the before-and-after record; request access, correction, an explanatory notation, or deletion through the email process above. I will evaluate the request and explain any lawful reason a historical record cannot be changed in the requested way.
If this policy changes materially, I will update the effective date and post the revised policy conspicuously. When a change would add a consumer health data category, recipient, or purpose, I will provide any direct notice and obtain any affirmative consent required before the new collection, use, or sharing begins.
How to appeal a refusal
If I refuse to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing trinity@liftwithmeaning.com with the subject “Consumer Health Data Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. I will respond in writing within forty-five days. If the appeal is denied, the response will explain the decision and provide the appropriate complaint route, including the Washington State Attorney General or the Nevada Attorney General.
