What is sold here today

Lift With Meaning currently sells two kinds of paid access: The Committed Path, an optional monthly subscription for approved Lifters at $5.00 USD for the Founding Five and $15.00 USD for standard membership afterward, and the Personal LIFT Session, a one-time fifty-minute educational mentoring and guided-reflection appointment. Session prices are displayed before booking: $49 USD during regular weekday hours, $98 USD during the limited Saturday window, $98 USD for an approved weekday extended-hours appointment, or $147 USD for an approved Saturday extended-hours appointment. No booking or payment-processing fee is added at checkout.

Lift With Meaning does not currently sell a standalone digital product or physical merchandise through this website. If those offerings become available, the applicable price, delivery or shipping terms, and refund or return rules will be displayed before purchase. These rules do not create terms for products that are not yet offered.

Books or third-party products reached through Amazon, Audible, or another retailer are purchased from that retailer—not from Lift With Meaning—and are governed by the retailer’s checkout, return, and refund terms.

Canceling The Committed Path

The Founding Five offer for The Committed Path is $5.00 USD per month for the first five approved members who successfully subscribe. Standard membership afterward is $15.00 USD per month, without founding-only recognition or Table access. Applicable tax is shown before payment. The first charge occurs when you subscribe, and the subscription renews automatically every month at the confirmed price until canceled. There is no free trial and no minimum term. Existing subscription agreements retain their recorded commercial terms.

You may cancel online at any time through the Manage billing control in Member House. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your Committed Path access remains active until that date. Charges already paid are not prorated or refunded merely because you cancel during a paid month, except where required by law.

If community access is suspended, the subscription will be set not to renew at the end of the current paid period. Restoring community access does not restart automatic renewal without a separate affirmative action by the member. If access is revoked or the account is closed through a verified request, future renewal will be stopped promptly. A removal based on a documented community-standard violation does not automatically create a refund, but this does not limit any right provided by law. If Lift With Meaning ends the paid program or removes paid access for reasons unrelated to your conduct before a paid period ends, I will provide a fair prorated refund for the unused portion of that period.

Canceling The Committed Path does not close an otherwise active community account, delete your records, change your identity as a Lifter, or remove any Beacon recognition. A founding number remains part of the historical Founding Five record and is not reopened for sale. The $5 Founding Five rate remains attached to the original subscription until it ends; a brief payment-recovery window does not by itself end it.

Canceling or rescheduling your appointment

You may cancel or reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation or by emailing trinity@liftwithmeaning.com.

If you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start time, you may choose one reschedule or a full refund. If you cancel or request a change less than twenty-four hours before the start time, or if you miss the appointment, the session fee is normally nonrefundable. I may offer one courtesy reschedule when circumstances reasonably justify it.

If an approved reschedule moves to a lower-priced appointment window, I will refund the difference. If it moves to a higher-priced window, the difference must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed.

If I cancel or cannot provide the service

If I cancel your appointment, or if I stop it solely because the issue falls outside the service’s educational scope, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

If a session ends because of harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, or intoxication that prevents meaningful participation, no refund is owed except where the law requires otherwise.

The Personal LIFT usefulness promise

After completing the scheduled fifty-minute session, if you sincerely cannot identify one useful next step, email the Lift With Meaning Team at trinity@liftwithmeaning.com within seven calendar days. I will initiate a full refund of the price you paid for that session without requiring you to argue your case. This promise is not conditioned on feedback, a testimonial, or a positive review, and it does not limit any rights the law gives you.

How approved refunds are processed

I initiate approved refunds through Stripe to the original payment method within five business days. Google Calendar does not automatically issue a refund when an appointment is canceled. After I initiate the refund, Stripe says the credit typically appears in approximately five to ten business days, depending on the bank; your bank, card issuer, or payment provider ultimately controls that timing.

Questions or refund requests

For The Committed Path, use Manage billing in Member House. If you cannot access that control, email trinity@liftwithmeaning.com from the address connected to your member account and ask that future renewal be stopped. For a Personal LIFT request, include the name and email used for the booking, the appointment date, and whether you are requesting a cancellation, reschedule, or refund. Never email payment-card information, medical records, or crisis details.

These rules should be read together with the Service Terms and Privacy Policy.
